About Stephanie Rodriguez
Growing up as a farmer’s daughter and with three older brothers, I learned that hard work and honesty are essential ingredients in achieving one’s goals in life. When you come to see me, you will experience authenticity. Working with me will bring you someone who does not judge or is biased but is empathic and sincere.
When you’re ready, we will work on things you want to work on. My job is to guide and nurture healing in a way that helps you and meets your needs. Together, we will uncover attachment wounds and see how things from childhood affect you today. Therapy with me will be about you and how you can live the life you want to live.
I don’t believe in fitting a client into a specific therapeutic modality. I want to use a suitable modality to meet my clients’ needs, which is why I have consistently continued my education and obtained case consultations with experts in the field. By doing this, I can provide the most effective, streamlined treatment so you can begin seeing and feeling results.
I am a certified EMDR therapist and approved consultant, Somatic Experiencing practitioner, and certified sex addiction therapist, with training and certification in several other therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of my clients.
Outside the therapy office…, I am a wife, mother, and bonus mom. I enjoy spending time with family by teaching my daughter family traditions such as baking, cooking, and enjoying experiences such as traveling.

About Kaitlyn Thompson
If you feel stuck and have repeatedly turned the same struggles or events in your mind, you have come to the right place. Life offers a multitude of experiences that rock us. Sometimes, we can return to level ground, but sometimes everything we try fails. We end up trapped in the same pattern of thinking or feeling. This place is the worst. Nothing feels correct or safe, intensifying confusion and fear as hopelessness sets in.
Through years of trauma work, I have come to love meeting people in this place and walking with them back toward solid ground. Working with me, you will find a steady, encouraging, and attuned partner in healing. As a therapist, I am very laid-back and casual. I prefer to connect with my clients using an informal and personable energy. I genuinely enjoy learning about my clients’ interests and lives and consider it a joy to get to know them.
I studied Social Work at The University of Texas at Austin, where I earned a Bachelor’s degree, and at The University of Houston Graduate College of Social Work, where I earned a Master’s degree. I became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2021 and have dedicated many years to receiving training in various therapeutic approaches because I love learning and want to bring the best skills, tools, and knowledge to my clients.
I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and an assistant trained in attachment-based therapies, among many others. I am also an Enneagram coach and love incorporating this personality tool into my work with clients. Lastly, I follow Jesus and am passionate about using a Christian lens in trauma work when requested.
Outside the therapy office…, I soak up as much time as possible with my young kids. I enjoy being outside playing and making messes with them. I love to travel and explore new areas and activities, and of course, I sample all the food I can. I am also an avid bubble tea drinker and know more about milk tea than anyone should.

About Faith Larson
Starting therapy can be one of the best decisions a person makes for themselves, but the healing process is anything but a straight line. I partner with people as they experience all the ups and downs on the journey. I want my clients to know that healing is a process, and it is okay to struggle still while in therapy.
As a clinician, I provide a client-centered collaborative approach that integrates trauma-informed practices and holistic approaches to mental health treatment. As such, I have crafted a therapeutic space that invites people to feel calm and comfortable and engage in a whole-body approach to mental well-being. My office offers sensory engagement tools and essential oils to set the tone for a holistic, bottom-up approach.
My master’s degree is in Social Work (MSW), and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas. For the past 14 years, I have worked with individuals, children, adolescents, and families experiencing complex trauma across many types of social service organizations. Since 2019, I have worked in private practice, providing psychotherapy to clients.
I have training in basic and advanced Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Post Induction Therapy (PIT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Additionally, I use the revolutionary music therapy (The Safe and Sound Protocol SSP) and have certification as an SSP provider. All therapeutic modalities are evidence-based practices, and I sometimes use a combination of approaches to provide a comprehensive treatment plan that meets each client’s needs.
Outside of the therapy office…, I am a wife and mother. I enjoy investing in the future generation by volunteering at my son’s school and building a solid community of support as a member of the PTA board. In my free time, I love a laid-back evening on the patio with family and friends.

About Jennifer Muschweck
Deciding to come to therapy can be a difficult decision sometimes. I will help you work through those feelings as you arrive at your appointment.
As an adult, I will talk to you and make connections between where you are currently and what your needs are. If you are a parent of a young child, I will chat with you, see your current concerns, and then work with your child for the session.
While we work together on your thoughts and needs during a session, I always aim for you to go home with a new goal, technique, and homework to work on until our next session. For adults needing help with anxiety, depression, and ADHD, I have some methods to help you.
I use play therapy when working with children. This approach helps me get to know the child, what they need, and how to help them process their feelings. With training in trauma and a background in education, I have a broad basis of knowledge that can help support you.
I love working with people, and occasionally, I try to incorporate my dog into therapy when I can. He loves to come to the therapy office on special occasions.
Everyone from 4 to 80 is welcome in my therapeutic setting.
Outside the therapy office…, I enjoy walking my dogs and being in nature with my family.

About Christina “Ceejay” Blake
When it’s time for your session, I will welcome you into a private, comfortable room. The atmosphere is relaxed and nonjudgmental, designed to make everyone feel at home.
We start with an open conversation, where I listen to your experiences, feelings, and questions. This initial session is about building trust and understanding your unique journey, whether you’re a young person exploring your identity or an adult trying to navigate life’s challenges as an LGBTQIA+ individual.
Over the next several months, you’ll engage in sessions tailored to your needs. The design of each session helps foster your self-esteem and confidence, whether through talking, creative activities, or simply providing a safe space to express yourself.
I use various techniques to help you navigate your identity, manage challenges, and celebrate your strengths. For children and teens, this might involve play therapy or art activities. For adults, it could include deeper discussions, mindfulness practices, or personalized strategies for overcoming obstacles.
As you continue our sessions, you’ll notice remarkable changes. Children and teens become more confident in who they are, more open in expressing their feelings, and more resilient in facing difficulties. Adults find clarity, strength, and renewed purpose. Everyone starts to embrace their identity with pride and joy. The supportive environment I provide enables all my LGBTQIA+ clients to thrive authentically, knowing they are valued and accepted.
In our world, finding a safe space to explore your identity and experiences can be challenging. Whether you’re dealing with societal pressures, personal struggles, or the complexities of modern life, my practice offers a sanctuary where you can find understanding and support. It’s a place to break from the outside world and focus on your inner self.
My practice is more than just therapy; it’s a sanctuary of understanding and acceptance for LGBTQIA+ individuals of all ages. I understand the complexities of growing up or living in a world that can be challenging for LGBTQIA+ individuals. My commitment to empathy, respect, and open communication ensures everyone feels seen and heard. I help all my clients build a foundation for a healthy and fulfilling life by fostering a sense of belonging and acceptance.
Choosing to work with me means choosing a path of empowerment and growth. It’s about giving everyone the tools and support they need to navigate their identity confidently and to know they can celebrate who they are. Whether you are a child, teenager, or adult, we can create a world where every LGBTQIA+ individual feels valued and loved.
Outside the therapy office…, I’m riding my motorcycle, exploring new places, and immersing myself in different cultures. I love traveling and the sense of adventure it brings.
At home, I enjoy spending time with my two cats, who never fail to bring a smile to my face. Community building is also a passion of mine. I believe in the power of strong, supportive networks, and I’m actively involved in various local initiatives to foster inclusivity and connection.

About Courtney Shaw
Welcome to my therapeutic space. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. Individuals are unique, possessing their worldviews; ultimately, they are the experts in their lives.
Sometimes, in life, we need assistance in our journey to self-actualization. The work with my clients will enable them to move toward openness, develop a greater trust in themselves, build the willingness to process, and increase spontaneity and self-realization.
As your therapist, I am encouraging and attentive while providing a nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard and valued as a human being as you reveal your unique life experiences. My sessions focus on creating a warm and empathetic environment where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences – allowing them to navigate their growth journey at their own pace.
“People are just as wonderful as sunsets if you let them be. When I look at a sunset,
I don’t find myself saying, ‘Soften the orange a bit on the right-hand corner.’
I don’t try to control a sunset. I watch with awe as it unfolds.”
– Carl R. Rogers

About Brenda Navarrete
I graduated from the University of Houston Graduate College of Social Work in 2019 with a Trauma Fellow distinction. I am a bilingual, English and Spanish, Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) trained in Play Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and several other attachment-based therapies. I am currently under the clinical supervision of Stephanie R. Rodriguez, LCSW-S to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
I have 14 years of experience working in child welfare with children who have experienced trauma and their families. I love to work with children who are struggling with anxiety, depression, aggression, and/or disruptive behaviors as well as with parents on parenting and attachment. If you are feeling overwhelmed and you do not know what to do, I can help you and your child overcome these challenges.
Play is a child’s natural “language” used to communicate. I utilize the therapeutic power of play to teach your child communication, problem-solving, and social skills. I provide a safe space for your child to process their concerns at their own level and pace, without feeling threatened or interrogated. Additionally, your child will learn how to self-regulate and how to express their feelings in a healthy way.
Outside the therapy office….,I am a wife and mother and love doing crafts, taking care of my plants,
and spending a lot of time with my family.
